Information about the Dibona climbing route to the Torre Grande of Falzarego

The route was opened in 1934 by A. Dibona, I. Dibona and G. De Stefani, it's a great classic in the Dolomites. It features a very rewarding itinerary that unfolds along nice grey slabs in the first lengths and continues on typical yellow rock, overtaking several roofs and a traverse. It ends with a key length along a great and spectacular corner/crack/chimney formed by the pillar separated from the main face.

The Dibona climbing route at Falzarego Pass unfolds in ten lengths for 390 meters on excellent solid rock. The climb has a V+/A0 difficulty rating. Return is by climbing down the normal route and by trail.
