The Piz da Lech de Boè via ferrata in the Sella Massif develops with a very rewarding climb among ledges, rubble terraces, chimneys and walls, alternating steep stretches and easy sections.

The Piz da Lech de Boè via ferrata in the Sella Massif is equipped with metal wire, where needed, and with two metal ladders that help passing a vertical wall. A nice trail stretch leads to the summit Cross, at an elevation of 2910 meters. The whole excursion features a 400 meter elevation gain (300 meters for the via ferrata).

The excursion starts from Rifugio Kostner al Vallon, at an elevation of 2536 meters, that can be reached from Corvara with the cable car. Through a short walking stretch the hiker will reach the attack of the via ferrata (2560 meters). The descent from the summit of Mount Piz da Lech through the nice trail of the via normale. The last short stretch is steep and equipped with metal wire and brackets.
