Opened in 1996 by S. Glowacz and K. Albert, Muro Giallo is a sport climbing route in Tre Cime di Lavaredo, featuring a technical and athletic climb, always with well-spaced finger-holds on crimps and holes on the slightly overhanging walls, with unrelenting difficulties on very good rock. It features an itinerary that consists of eleven lengths for an elevation gain to the summit of 320 meters. It is a very rewarding climb with 7a+ difficulty rating and mandatory 6c+. The descent requires several double-rope rappels.
