The Fassa Guide mountain guides in collaboration with As We Flow are organising some intense and exciting days to discover, experience or fine-tune the practice of climbing, combined with yoga.

Yoga can help the climber both mentally and physically, as it helps developing the ability to concentrate and control the breath. Yoga exercises also improve joint flexibility, endurance and balance, optimising movement and progression while climbing.

The Climbing and Yoga in the Dolomites experience is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who want to start climbing or for those who are already climbing and want to learn new movement patterns, refine their climbing techniques, or simply discover what are the common points with yoga.

The Climbing and Yoga experience in the Dolomites is available in two formats

The first format includes a day at the crag, full of fun, in direct contact with the stunning natural surroundings of the Dolomites, where you will learn to improve your self-awareness and your technical and conditioning skills, first on the ground and then on the wall.

The second format is a full-immersion weekend (short or long weekend) that will benefit both body and soul. Two or three days of climbing, bouldering and yoga practices that will help you reconnect body and mind, leading you to new physical and mental self-awareness.

The single day of both types of experience is organised into a guided yoga practice and meditation session, with a focus on stretching and toning the muscles involved in climbing, followed by a climbing session (single pitch and boulder), led by a certified UIAGM mountain guide and a professional climber, in which you will learn and improve rock climbing techniques, postures and correct body movements on the wall, on top of the mental aspects linked to the discipline.

The Climbing and Yoga in the Dolomites experience is suitable for both kids and adults, beginners and experienced climbers. Reservations can be made either for a private experience, with a dedicated guide and instructor, or for a shared group experience.
